host an estate sale in the home; typically a 3-day sale with
prior week set-up. |

on the internet (e-commerce), with promotional flyers, or
through good, old-fashioned word-of-mouth to our customer

About Your Stuff
Every
estate contains previously-loved treasures...we graciously sell
these along with the everyday household stuff.
Don’t worry about tidying
messes or emptying drawers before we visit. Sometimes, during set-up,
things will actually get worse before they get better as we undo
years of accumulation. We’ve seen it all! In fact, we specialize
in (and understand) hoarding behavior, which can often beset the grieving
and the elderly. (Cindy Churchill, owner, was a former social worker
in Colorado.)
From years of experience, we know what DOES and DOES NOT sell. We
will sort, price, and discard accordingly. We pride ourselves on
our recycling efforts. Whenever possible, we keep items from the
landfill. Having worked within the non-profit community, we know
which charities can benefit from unsold but useful merchandise.
We will go the extra mile to get it in the right hands. For example,
leftover yarn and fabric scraps may be donated to Warm Hearts. Office
and craft supplies may go to Extras for Education in Boulder, and
house paint may be given away on Freecycle.org.

One of the reasons our customers
shop our sales is that they themselves are charitable. Many of
them purchase well-worn blankets for the animal shelters, clothing
and other items for needy children, craft supplies for daycare,
and building supplies for their next Habitat-for Humanity project.
We love to hear customers exclaim, “That’s just what
I was looking for!!”
Herein, lies the joy of this estate
liquidation business.. People find what they need, we accomplish
a TEDIOUS task for you, and your house is emptied and readied for
the next family to move in!! All the while, we have fun while we’re
working for you!!
