What is a Buyout?

When an on-site estate sale won’t work, Churchill’s will purchase or “buy out” your household contents at current second-hand wholesale rates. We then move it to a location where it can be sold.

We handle an average of $200,000 worth of merchandise annually.

Thus, we are qualified to purchase your items, knowing what the market will bear in today’s economy.

We often take the bitter with the better. We will haul some of your items to charity, provide you with itemized tax receipts, and sell the rest.

We do not purchase large furniture (other than small pieces) or vehicles, but can refer you to companies that do.

Volume doesn’t matter. We buy entire households, garages or just a few boxes of STUFF.
